Ro established her own marketing and PR firm over 25 years ago working directly with a range of private and public sector clients whilst in her second year at university before moving to The Daily Mail & General Trust (DMGT) where she progressed to Head of Business Development. From DMGT, Ro moved to Bowne Global Inc where she headed up Internet Sales for the digital arm of the business in Edinburgh. Ro is also a qualified corporate lawyer in practice after completing her training contract with Cobbetts LLP. She has over 25 years of creative, PR & business experience and also heads up LearnPlay Foundation, Whilst keeping a watchful eye on the legal side of things and overseeing the creative agency.

Rachel has helped the learning arm of the business deliver over 600 successful apprenticeships to both our own staff as well as assisting external businesses develop their existing staff as part of their levy contribution or make new apprenticeship hires. In addition to this, Rachel oversees the delivery of a range of short digital skills courses ranging from design to game development alongside key skills offers. Rachel has been with the business for over 10 years and alongside her undergraduate degree, she holds the relevant assessing qualifications and internal verification certificate.

Alina has been an invaluable addition to our senior management team. She brings us a wealth of experience from a range of sectors from her career both in the UK & Europe. Alina oversees the day-to-day operations within the business, our HR team and looks after the directors. She is also an exceptional client relationship manager.

Simon has been with the business for 11 years and in that time, he has undertaken a variety of roles that has allowed him to be exposed to different elements of the business. Simon currently administers accounts & billing as well as business development and sales.

Justin has been with the business for nearly 10 years and leads the sales and business development aspects of the business. Justin has represented the company nationally and internationally and as part of consortia bids as a pan-European level.
