We are a not for profit organisation without shareholding run by members and we have an assetlock.
It is important that we are constituted this way, as it allows us to work with a range of communities and help engender and foster strong links of trust and understanding.
We are proud to have undertaken some powerful and successful projects within the city and beyond, over the last 24 months.
We have also pledged to work with some more marginalised young people, with a view to offer free courses and employment opportunities over the next 12 months.
We have worked on a number of projects developed by young people for young people and where young people have taken a lead role in the governance and execution of the projects.
We are acutely aware that Wolverhampton ranks the second highest in the country for unemployment for young people age between the age of 16 to 29 years old. As such, we have developed a range of skills building and employment support to help them explore opportunities to get economically active, post-pandemic.
We have exceeded our target of 100 free hours of support to our city annually.
