    Role/Responsibilities:

    • Attending client meetings to: understand client requirements, discuss design approach & scope out ideas and update on project progress.
    • Work towards becoming proficient in industry standard design software such as Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop et cetera.
    • Design creatives for the company social media channels.
    • Design still & animated creatives and contribute design to game development, web development and video production department.
    • Liaise and oversee design process for client merchandise.
    • Understand design for print and all print requirements including spacing, layout, margins et cetera.
    • Produce pitch decks, marketing decks and digital design for marketing.

    Hourly rate of pay: National Minimum Wage for Age

    Role/Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and booking business development meetings. Incentives and bonuses will be paid from the outset against achieved targets.

    • Research skills
    • Generating sales leads
    • Assisting with the preparation of qualified leads and sales pipeline
    • Working with the Marketing Team to prepare sales and marketing collateral
    • Database entry
    • Contacting cold and warm leads
    • Preparing progress reports
    • Preparing meeting information for business development team

    Essential Skills:

    • Ability to self-organise
    • Ability to track and keep comprehensive notes
    • Ability to troubleshoot and use initiative
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written

    Preferred Skills:

    • Customer facing experience
    • GCSE grade C or above in English & Maths (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
    • Previous sales and lead generating experience preferred but not essential

    Role/Responsibilities:

    • Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
    • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
    • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
    • Attend events and produce live social media content.
    • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
    • Collaborate with the graphic design team to create a social media calendar.
    • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
    • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
    • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
    • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

    Providing 1:1 and group tuition across a range of subject areas:

    • English
    • Maths
    • ICT

    Delivering flexible and bespoke training to the participant based on their individual needs

    Providing learners with feedback on their work in a timely and professional manner

    Reporting on the progress of learners to the Director of Learning & the learning team

    Role/Responsibilities:

    • Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website and application design.
    • Assisting with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications.
    • Brainstorming new tech applications such as digital storage and mobile technology.
    • Collaborating with developers to implement new web features.
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and programming trends.
    • Converting video, audio, written, and graphic components into compatible formats for the web.
    • Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with a client’s website.
    • Attending client meeting to discuss, scope out requirements in addition to reporting back on progress.
