    • To ensure our inward and outward facing information points (intranet & internet) and IAG materials are comprehensive, easy to locate & navigate and contain all information pertaining to current vacancies, learning opportunities and information and guidance on how to advance within our business.
    • To ensure Service Users can access clear guidance regarding both promotion opportunities and qualities, attributes and targets required to be considered for salary reviews, if appropriate and economically viable.
    • To ensure our IAG team are trained to uphold the highest standards of service delivery & that the Head of Service holds relevant & recognised IAG qualifications to an appropriate level.
    • To ensure that our service reflects equality and diversity considerations.
    • To ensure our Service Users understand workplace dynamics, behaviors, conduct and expectations.
    • To ensure our Service Users are provided with information and guidance for alternative opportunities if they do not wish to continue working within our business.
    • To ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained and strict adherence to Data Protection policies are upheld at all times.
    • To ensure support is provided of a pastoral nature.
    • To ensure our IAG service is continually evaluated and responsive to feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

    The MD & Director of Learning set the mission, objectives, standards and evaluation strategy for the IAG in addition to setting the wider organisational aims.

    The HR & Recruitment team are involved at every stage of a Service Users engagement with the business, from finding out information from our website, our marketing materials, attendance at job fairs and recruitment events, through to interviews, short courses, employment and furthermore in regards to opportunities within the business, advancement and promotion.

    The Assessing Team provide IAG support in regards to the learning, short courses and apprenticeship opportunities within and outside of our business

    Due to the current economic climate and in line with most organisations, there is currently a pay review moratorium within LearnPlay Foundation. If this changes we will announce it on the website.

    The business is committed to the continuous learning and development of staff and as such, encourage all staff to be registered in learning or receiving training to develop key skills and knowledge areas that are mutually beneficial.
